US Skill Games Bills Flawed, Says US Tax Specialist

Two US congressional bills, Barney Frank’s Internet Gambling Regulation and Enforcement Act and the so-called Wexler bill on skill gaming, currently represent the best hope for poker and skill gaming to re-enter the United States market, but according to one renowned US tax lawyer they will require substantial revisions to be workable.Speaking at the I-gaming in-depth conference in Malta yesterday, leading US gaming tax expert Rob Bossart said he believed that several important conditions contained within legislation now pending in congress to enable online gambling in the US needed much closer examination before they could be voted on.
