Operators are set to face tough questioning when the UK’s competition watchdog begins its investigation into the gambling industry.
The industry probe, announced late last week, is a joint effort between the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) and the Gambling Commission.
The CMA said it had heard “worrying complaints” about the industry and the Gambling Commission said the industry’s terms and conditions could appear to "bamboozle" customers.
