Massachusetts' top gaming regulator plans to push for an all-inclusive, omnibus approach as he prepares to hammer out new rules for daily fantasy sports (DFS), online gaming and other new technologies as part of a recently-created state panel.
Steve Crosby, chairman of the Massachusetts Gaming Commission, is joining a nine-member commission recently created by state lawmakers to come up with recommendations for the regulation and possible taxation of DFS, online gaming and other emerging sectors.
