U.S. Casinos Face Operating Cutbacks, But Avoid Coronavirus Closures

As coronavirus cases in the U.S. continued to reach new highs, several states have implemented new restrictions on their casinos, but so far the gaming industry has avoided a second shutdown.

On Friday, all three casinos in Massachusetts began closing their gambling floor, bars and restaurants at 9:30pm under new coronavirus restrictions implemented by Governor Charlie Baker.
