As the nation’s four major sports leagues prepare to do battle on December 4 in the U.S. Supreme Court to prevent the expansion of legal wagers on their games, they maintain an often overlooked relationship with gaming regulators.

Quick now, which one of these leagues — Major League Baseball, National Basketball Association (NBA), National Football League (NFL) or National Hockey League — communicates most frequently with the Nevada Gaming Control Board?
