The UK Gambling Commission has imposed new limits for the length of the coronavirus pandemic, including suspending reverse withdrawals and tighter affordability checks, as it cited a rise in potentially risky game play.
The regulator is asking licensees to suspend reverse withdrawals "until further notice", to stop offering bonuses or promotions to players showing signs of harm and to interact with customers in sessions lasting more than an hour.
