UK Industry Questions ‘Unfair’ CMA Deadline

The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) has clarified the changes it expects UK gambling operators to make to marketing terms and conditions before February 28, as several operators chafe over the perceived unfairness of its tight deadline.

The CMA on Monday published additional guidance for gambling companies and warned that failure to comply with the deadline would result in regulatory action from the Gambling Commission.
