UK Gambling Reform Looks Inevitable After Tory Election Pledge

The next UK government is all but certain to introduce gambling reform following the general election, after the Conservatives said legislation was needed to update the law.

If the Tories win the December 12 poll, the government would review the Gambling Act, with the party's manifesto stating there would be a particular focus on credit card misuse and loot boxes in video games.
