Time For Oral Arguments In New Hampshire Lawsuit On Wire Act

Almost three months after a bombshell reversal on the Wire Act, attorneys for the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) will appear before a federal judge on Thursday morning in Concord, New Hampshire, to oppose a lawsuit seeking to nullify the new interpretation.

U.S. District Judge Paul J. Barbadoro, 63, will hear the arguments of lawyers for the DOJ and the New Hampshire Lottery Commission, which filed the lawsuit, as well as other parties before making a decision on whether the Wire Act reversal should stand.
