Svenska Spel and the Swedish Football Association have heavily criticised betting caps proposed by the Swedish Gambling Authority for not being tough enough on match-fixing.
The SGA proposals include banning bets on red and yellow cards, penalty kicks and double faults in tennis and individual performances by a minor.
They also call for operators to file annual reports on suspected manipulation, to be handed to the police and prosecutor's office, which are responsible for investigating potential crimes.
