Steve Wynn Lawsuit Delays Massachusetts Licensing Decision On Wynn Resorts

The Massachusetts Gaming Commission's (MGC) executive director said that if not for a lawsuit filed by Steve Wynn last month in Nevada, an investigation into Wynn’s alleged sexual misconduct and the subsequent handling by Wynn Resorts officials would be in its final stages.

The commission met with internal and external counsel in executive session Thursday regarding legal strategy and the timing of the process considering Wynn’s lawsuit against the MGC, its lead investigator, and Wynn’s former company.
