After a decade in the wilderness, Brazil’s bingo halls are likely to return as a fundamentally different proposition if pending gambling legislation is passed by the country’s Congress, industry experts say.
Brazil quickly developed into one of the world’s largest bingo markets in the 1990s before a series of legislative actions and judicial rulings then eradicated the industry.
