Proposed changes to Nevada’s sports betting regulations were released on Monday, but absent from the proposals was any mention of changing state policy to allow sportsbooks to offer remote registration for wagering accounts.
Currently patrons’ mobile sports betting accounts need to be verified in person, typically by visiting a land-based casino, even though online poker and horse race wagering accounts may be set up remotely.
