Indiana passed a host of gaming reforms earlier this year designed to help spur new gambling revenues, but the action taken just weeks later by neighboring Illinois may mitigate some of that improvement.
Governor Eric Holcomb signed a major new gaming bill in May that legalized sports betting in Indiana and allowed a casino to relocate, among other changes.
