Polish Administrative Court Rules Gambling Blacklist Is Legal

Warsaw’s Regional Administrative Court has quashed five separate challenges to the country’s online gambling blacklist, brought by four unnamed offshore operators.

In five rulings which back the Ministry of Finance's right to operate the blacklist, the court dismissed complaints filed by three Malta-based sportsbooks and one Swedish bookmaker.

A number of foreign gambling operators have criticised Poland's register of blocked websites, arguing that the ministry should not be allowed to decide whether a website is added to the blacklist without a court ruling.
