Pennsylvania Gambling Bill, With High iGaming Tax, Goes To Governor’s Desk

Pennsylvania lawmakers on Thursday approved a bill that would allow a broad array of new gambling options, including internet casino gambling and video gaming terminals (VGTs), in the populous Keystone State.

House Bill 271, which cleared the Senate Wednesday evening and the House Thursday morning, now goes to Democratic Governor Tom Wolf, who will have 10 days to sign it, veto it or let it become law without his signature.
