Online gambling is set to become even more important to Mexican operators now facing a major challenge to recover from the COVID-19 pandemic, according to the head of the country’s gaming association.
Many of Mexico’s gaming halls were required to shut down by state authorities in mid-March, before the national health department then called upon all non-essential businesses to close under a directive currently due to last until at least the end of May.
