New Jersey Issues Warning Over ‘Black Market’ Australia

Recent legal changes mean online gambling companies must stop any offshore business in Australia or lose their New Jersey licenses, but the situation in Turkey is not so clear, according to the state’s chief gaming regulator.

Division of Gaming Enforcement (DGE) director David Rebuck wrote to online gaming companies active in New Jersey on September 29 seeking information regarding the steps they are taking to comply with the amendments to Australia’s Interactive Gambling Act.
