The New Hampshire Lottery received 13 proposals regarding a request for proposals to offer sports betting in the state, the lottery said Monday.
The lottery invited interested bidders to submit proposals to offer sports betting at lottery retailers, new physical sportsbook locations, and mobile sports betting, as well as through a multi-channel approach.
Legislation signed into law by Republican Governor Chris Sununu in July allows for the lottery to authorize up to ten new physical sportsbook locations and up to five mobile platforms.
Lottery retailers are also permitted to offer parlay and proposition bets. Bets on games involving New Hampshire schools are prohibited.
