An upcoming draft of sports-betting regulations in Tennessee will include a 92 percent cap on payouts, the chair of the Tennessee Education Lottery Corporation's (TELC) board of directors said Wednesday.
One day after the state’s Sports Wagering Advisory Council recommended a range for the proposed payout cap of between 90 and 95 percent, a subcommittee of board members honed in on the new payout cap, chairwoman Susan Lanigan said at a board meeting Wednesday.
