The Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB) argues that Steve Wynn’s motion to dismiss a regulatory complaint against him is procedurally flawed and that he cannot avoid scrutiny for his actions while chairman and CEO of Wynn Resorts.
In a filing Wednesday responding to Wynn’s November 14 motion to dismiss, the NGCB argued it continues to have jurisdiction over the former Wynn Resorts boss and his finding of suitability to hold a gaming license.
