After a failed attempt four years ago, Nebraska voters this year will get to decide the fate of three ballot initiatives to legalize casino gambling at racetracks.
In a 4-3 decision published on Thursday, the Nebraska Supreme Court ruled in favor of several pro-casino groups and ordered secretary of state Bob Evnen to place three related initiatives on the November 3 general election ballot.
