Massachusetts gaming regulators are set to receive their own investigators’ report into the sexual misconduct allegations against Wynn Resorts founder and former CEO Steve Wynn in conjunction with their review of Encore Boston Harbor’s license suitability.
Massachusetts Gaming Commission (MGC) executive director Ed Bedrosian said he expects that each commissioner will receive the investigatory report from the Investigations and Enforcement Bureau’s (IEB) on Friday.
“Once you have that report, the pre-hearing preparation can formally begin,” Bedrosian told commissioners during a meeting on Thursday.
