Massachusetts Ends Steve Wynn Probe, Seeks To Move Lawsuit From Nevada

Lawyers for the Massachusetts Gaming Commission (MGC) have said investigators have completed their probe into allegations of sexual misconduct against former casino executive Steve Wynn, and the company he co-founded, Wynn Resorts.

MGC outside counsel Dave Mackey, with co-counsel Melissa Allison, also told commissioners Thursday they believe Wynn’s lawsuit against the commission should be moved from Las Vegas to a court in the Commonwealth.
