Lottoland Victorious In NSW Supreme Court Over Banned Products

The New South Wales (NSW) Supreme Court has upheld Lottoland Australia’s request to throw out the national online gaming regulator’s ban on a group of synthetic lottery products, delivering a potentially game-changing victory for the industry disruptor.

The Australian arm of Gibraltar-based Lottoland prevailed in a 60-page decision handed down this afternoon, throwing the company a lifeline after a ban from the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) and a series of legislative defeats in federal and state parliaments.
