LeoVegas, Royal Panda Hit With Dutch Fines

LeoVegas and its subsidiary brand Royal Panda have been fined €350,000 and €400,000 respectively in the Netherlands for illegally offering online gambling, becoming the latest operators to see their timely entry to the Dutch licensed market potentially delayed or endangered.

The Netherlands Gambling Authority (KSA) announced on Thursday that the two operators were in breach of offshore gambling regulations as recently as January this year, with the key factor for both appearing to be the ability to use the iDEAL payment method.
