Kindred Group has been fined €470,000 for offering online gambling to Dutch customers without a licence, meaning almost all major European online gambling operators have now received a Dutch penalty.
Kindred's Trannel International subsidiary offered online gambling to Dutch players between August 11 and December 27 last year, improperly using the Dutch payment processor iDEAL and offering a Dutch-language chat service, according to the Netherlands Gambling Authority (KSA).
