Kiev Mayor Creates Confusion With Gaming Ban Claims

Kiev-based gaming operators are seeking reassurances from Ukrainian President Victor Youschenko after reports in the country suggest that Kiev Mayor Leonid Tchernovetsky has been asked by President Youschenko to force all gaming businesses to relocate to 30km outside the capital city.A report on the Mayor’s official website says that Mayor Tchernovetsky was commissioned at a recent meeting by President Victor Youschenko to transfer all gaming operations to areas 30km outside the city.
