The Kenyan government has published its Gaming Bill 2019, a draft law which will overturn existing legislation and establish a new gambling regulator, amid tough provisions for foreign operators.
Kenya’s government said the bill will provide a framework for the regulation and control of gambling activities, clarify the responsibilities of national and county governments, provide dispute resolution mechanisms and establish a National Lottery Trust Fund.
