One of the top bosses in the U.S. sports-betting business has said that innovations to improve the customer experience will be crucial to the success of an industry expanding rapidly into new states.
“From our prospective it’s all product first,” FanDuel CEO Matt King told delegates on Tuesday at America’s largest technology convention, adding that three elements go into defining a successful mobile sports wagering product.
“One is the actual betting experience itself and that can be everything from the number of markets, the price of those markets and promotions that wrap around it,” he said.
