The All India Gaming Federation (AIGF), the nation’s pre-eminent gaming policy lobby group and think tank, has responded to India’s sluggish pace of regulatory reform by launching a voluntary nationwide code of conduct for commercial operators of online skill gaming.
As part of its India Gaming Conclave in Delhi on Tuesday, the AIGF launched the Charter of Online Games of Skill, a document that brings together online rummy, poker and fantasy sports operators under a self-regulatory umbrella, in the absence of a consistent state or federal approach to online skill games.
