ICE London drew public flak this year with controversies over women scantily clad, but organisers may have averted an even bigger embarrassment by squashing an exhibitor booth promising to show a cockfighting match.
Last week, stories by The Guardian, Daily Mail and BBC remarked on the continued presence of "scantily clad models", despite efforts by ICE organisers Clarion Events to improve the image of the conference, historically the industry's largest.
But none of these outlets noticed giant video promos for cockfighting, a practice illegal in the UK.
