Global Gaming 555 said it has lost another court case in its bid to resume operating Nina Casino while the company fights its Swedish licence suspension, as it separately launches a joint venture for another Sweden-facing online casino site.
The Supreme Administrative Court rejected, without explanation, the Stockholm-listed online gambling company’s bid to resume operating its Ninja Casino brand while it fights its licence cancellation by the Swedish Gambling Authority (SGA).
Chief executive Tobias Fagerlund said the company will now focus on a judicial review of the SGA’s ruling.
“We maintain that the decision is fundamentally wrong and disproportionate, and will show it during the process that is currently underway in the Administrative Court,” he said.
