More than a dozen companies looking to bid on one of seven online gambling licenses in Argentina’s Buenos Aires Province face a June 25 deadline to submit final applications, according to a resolution published on Wednesday.
Applicants will be scored by a newly appointed six-member committee on various criteria, including the number of licenses they possess in other jurisdictions, the number of in-play betting events and casino games they offer, and their financial status, the Buenos Aires regulator confirmed in a May 13 decree.
