The number of Estonians participating in gambling has sharply declined in the past two years but problem gambling rates have remained the same, according to a new gambling behavioural study.
The “Gambling Exposures of the Estonian Population 2019” study released by the Ministry of Finance revealed 50 percent of the population between the ages of 15-74 has gambled in the past two years, compared with 66 percent when a similar study was released in 2017.
