Dutch Regulator Targets Affiliates In Advertising Crackdown

The Dutch Gaming Authority (Kansspelautoriteit, KSA) has clamped down on websites running advertising for unlicensed gambling offerings in what it described as a “massive action”.

Henk Kesler, vice president of the board of the KSA, said: “What we do and continue to do is combat illegal online gambling and also the service providers that assist operators. These may be companies offering online payment services but also companies that facilitate advertising for illegal gambling.”
