Dutch Gambling Authority Lays Out Licence Details

The Netherlands Gambling Authority (KSA) has set out the conditions operators will need to meet to apply for an online gambling licence, a process scheduled to begin in Summer 2020.

Applications can be submitted from July 1 of next year and will cost €45,000. Rejected applications are not eligible for a refund, the authority said.

According to the new guidelines, games must be organised in a "responsible, reliable and verifiable manner", the KSA said.
