The New South Wales (NSW) state gaming regulator has blocked the December launch of Crown Resorts’ Sydney casino ahead of an inquiry’s findings into the operator’s suitability to hold a licence.
The Independent Liquor & Gaming Authority's (ILGA) decision to suspend casino regulatory applications involving Crown Sydney at Barangaroo delays the opening of the casino by at least two months, and possibly a lot longer depending on the inquiry’s findings.
