Competitive Mid-Atlantic Gaming Market Seeks Sustainable Growth

With the addition of mini-casinos in Pennsylvania, up to three new resorts in the New York City area and myriad other betting options, the mid-Atlantic region has become intensively competitive as gaming companies search for ways to achieve continued revenue growth.

“Obviously, if you keep adding casinos you are going to diminish the overall performance of these current ones,” said Brian McGill, managing director and senior research analyst for gaming and lodging with Telsey Advisory Group.
