Cambodia Completes Purge Of Formerly Licensed Online Gaming Operations

The Cambodian government has announced the complete cessation of foreign-facing online gambling operations in all of the nation’s casinos following a January 1 ban and more than a week of inspections.

The Ministry of Economy and Finance said on Wednesday that all 91 of Cambodia’s 118 licensed casinos that hosted online gaming and/or arcade gaming activity have been inspected by its officials, in collaboration with colleagues from the Ministry of Interior, the national police and the military.
