Austria's Online Casinos Face Refund 'Class Action'

Online casinos in Austria are set to face a barrage of law suits from players attempting to regain gambling losses accrued during the past two and a half years.

Vienna-based litigation financing company AdvoFin told GamblingCompliance that two weeks ago it began soliciting Austrian customers of unlicensed online casinos who have lost more than €3,000 in the past 30 months.
