Several Argentine provinces are following Buenos Aires in regulating online gambling, but divergent regulatory approaches are amplifying calls for a national framework like that in Spain.
The governor of Santa Fe, Argentina’s third largest province and home of Leo Messi, reportedly approved a regulatory decree on September 21 to allow its three shuttered land-based casinos to offer casino games online for the first time.
