Growing regulatory uncertainty drastically reduced the number of affiliate mergers and acquisitions last year, with 2020 unlikely to bring much relief, agreed a group of industry experts.
Speaking on a panel at the London iGB Affiliate show, David Levy, XL Media’s head of M&A, asked if any affiliates in the audience thought now was a good time to sell their business.
Unsurprisingly to Levy, no one raised their hands.
