General Data Protection Regulation

Our course covers the reform of the European data protection legislation, in particular, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

This course demonstrates how data protection breaches could have serious consequences for you and your firm, including criminal prosecutions, bad publicity, fines from the regulator alongside the risk of compensation claims from individuals who have suffered damage.

Data protection requirements cannot be ignored or dismissed. They must be taken seriously by every employee.
