Player Protection and Corporate Social Responsibility

This course has been designed to help improve your awareness of regulatory and ethical responsibilities in relation to problem gambling and corporate social responsibility. Global operators and suppliers should have policies and procedures which incorporate socially responsible gambling systems and controls intended to recognise vulnerable gamblers and minors.

It will also educate and train staff in their legal requirements and self-inclusion measures to administer systems effectively to customers, ensuring that players continue to enjoy your service in a safe, secure and supportive manner.
